快乐痛苦

有人说：“人生不如意事十之八九。”事实是否真的是这样？
其实，人的一生，真正快乐的时光或许并不太多，但是同样的，真正愁苦的日子也一样不会太多，占据人生最多时间的，所谓的人生十之八九应该是平淡的日子。但是人们不喜欢将愁苦放下，却喜欢把快乐忘记，更喜欢将愁苦填满平淡的日子，于是日子变得难过，怨言变得太多，快乐逐渐远去，慢慢的就被忘记，最后终于失去……
如果我们愿意，过去的烦忧不必刻意忘记，但应该随时也把快乐纳入心里，平淡的日子一样可以过得很有意义，但是一定要停止将不快乐填满记忆！
我们常说“痛快！痛快！”或许痛苦和快乐真的只是一字之差，想要快乐或痛苦，或许也只是在一念之间，就看自己要怎么选择了。当然，快乐和痛苦都是生命里不可能或缺的，只有快乐，没有痛苦，生活也会变得乏味；没有了痛苦的对比，我们或许也很难领略快乐的滋味。所以在平淡的日子里，偶尔想起痛苦与快乐，会让生活变得更真实，但是不应该太过沉溺，因为更重要的事，是要让自己想想看，应该要在那么多平淡日子里，给生命填上什么色彩，多做些有意义的事，因为只有这样才会让自己的生命变得亮丽，快乐与忧愁反而成了生活的调剂！
